Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers can return their order within 7 days of receiving it if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
  • Customers are required to pay the return delivery charges unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, size, or damaged product).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products.
  • The customer must pay for the return shipping charges, and we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement product.
